Training Overview
Our B787 Engine Ground Run VR training module enables aviation engineers to practise and be assessed on the end-to-end engine ground run process in a realistic virtual cockpit environment, without requiring access to an aircraft or simulator, or a trainer/supervisor to be present.
The training allows engineers to build familiarity and confidence with B787 cockpit procedures while conducting engine ground runs under both normal and abnormal conditions, including responding to faults and emergency scenarios as they occur.
Learning Outcomes
Learners will develop the knowledge and practical skills to safely conduct a B787 engine ground run from start to finish. They will also learn to recognise and respond appropriately to faults, abnormal conditions and emergency scenarios during the procedure.

- Tailpipe Fire,

- Low Oil Pressure,
- Auto start Fails (Engine Shutdown),

- Vibration Survey.
