About the opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity in Auckland for a seasoned project manager/ account manager to work in our growing Defence and Aviation product sector.

Reporting to the CEO, your key objective is to create user demand for StaplesVR training products and understand the path to purchase. Maintain, support and service the end user to create the best user experience possible by offering solution-based selling whilst developing strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Target and educate end users to convert from existing training mediums to StaplesVR products.
• Effectively present StaplesVR products and solutions within the Defence and Aviation channel.
• Manage, develop, and maintain new and existing users on the StaplesVR platform with a large focus on new business acquisition within the assigned Defence and Aviation channel.
• Manage all activities, information, tenders and sales within the CRM.
• Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent the company's brand both locally and internationally.
• Partner effectively with development teams to deliver the best outcome.

Skills and Experience required

• Previous defence or aviation background
• Strong ability to develop and foster client relationships and build rapport.
• Computer literate, experience with MS Office suite and Monday.com project management software
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability.
• Full driver's licence with excellent driving record.
