Flight Deck Officer Training
Training Overview
Our Flight Deck Officer (FDO) module allows trainees to safely practise the procedures to launch and recover aircraft in day and night scenarios as well as emergencies. The training removes the need for access to aircrew, aircraft, ground crew or a vessel to confirm competency as an FDO.
Learning Outcomes
The focus of this training is to expose the trainee to an aircraft on a vessel at sea in day, night and emergency scenarios and allow them to practise the procedures to launch and recover the aircraft.
